Returns & Exchanges

At Roller Derby, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for the rink, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your skates or protective gear in the original manufacturer's box and include all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
